2. To offer our services to organisations that require to engage with our membership towards our common aims in education, training and employment
3. To work closely with our membership and offer any support that ultimately will lead to further recruitment.
4. To assist in the development of our membership and offer support with training and upskilling of their employees that leads to sustainability and more job creation.
5. To introduce our membership to each other and create platforms where members are able to inter-trade or source services and/or goods locally.
6. To promote the businesses and area of the North and to seek out new inward investment opportunities that will lead to further recruitment.
7. To encourage our members to work closely with local communities and to offer equal opportunities to all. To consider the employment of the, sometimes, disadvantaged in the area of apprenticeships, lone parents, ethnic minorities, long term unemployed and those with disabilities.
